Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Data Entry Coordinator to support daily administrative and operational activities. This role will be responsible for data entry, maintaining accurate physical and digital records, processing orders and billing documentation, and providing backup support across various warehouse and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with data and documents, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- erform accurate and timely data entry while maintaining organized physical and digital files.
- Process orders for other warehouse locations and provide backup support for the main order entry function.
- Enter and maintain transfer documentation, ensuring records are properly filed and up to date.
- Provide backup support for UPS billing, including:
- Entering billing information
- Matching invoices and supporting documentation
- Maintaining accurate files and records
- Provide backup support for container receipt processing and documentation.
- Utilize the AS/400 system (green-screen) as the primary business system for data entry and record management.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite , primarily Excel and Word, for administrative tasks, documentation, and record keeping.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure adequate inventory for the team.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with other administrative and operational projects as assigned.
